Miami is home to many sports teams, including Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins, and Miami Marlins. Not surprisingly, then, the city is home to casual and die-hard sports fans as well.

No matter your level of dedication, you can probably agree that going to a sports bar is much more fun than watching the game at home. But, what makes a good sports bar? Is it the number of screens? Or is it the variety of beers on tap? How about the quality of food on the menu? We’d say all of the above.

Here are the best sports bars in Miami.

If you want to be surrounded by TV screens while drinking your favorite beverage, we’d recommend hitting up Black Market Miami. This sports bar has over 30 4K television monitors and over a dozen beers on tap. Some menu items include the Lava Burger (half-pound Angus beef patty, molten beer cheese dip, onion rings, lettuce, and tomato on a brioche bun), Mac ‘n’ Cheese Burger, Wagyu Skirt Steak, and wings tossed in a choice of sauces. Black Market also offers a weekday two-for-one happy hour from 4 to 8 p.m. and, on Wednesdays from noon to 4 p.m., $5 burgers.

Famous Dave’s is a barbecue-themed sports bar and restaurant chain. It’s known for its “Famous Feasts”—platters of barbecued meats perfect for sharing with up to six people. The “All-American BBQ Feast” comes with a full slab of St. Louis-style spare ribs, a roast chicken, and a choice of Georgia-style pulled pork or Texas-style beef brisket served alongside fries, coleslaw, baked beans, corn on the cob, and cornbread muffins. You can also build your feast to enjoy while watching sports on one of the multiple screens in the bar. Sounds like the perfect time, doesn’t it?

Old Tom’s is the perfect place to visit if you’re looking for a variety of things to do in one spot. Not only can you watch sports on its multiple screens, but you can also participate in trivia contests and karaoke. There’s also live music for you to enjoy on select nights. Old Tom’s also has an extensive menu of food and beverages. To fill your appetite, you can try one of their eleven Angus beef burgers, their award-winning chicken wings, or their street tacos. You can wash your meal down with their drafts, ciders, or crafts.

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux was founded by Brandon Landry and Jack Warner, a pair of walk-ons on the Louisiana State University basketball team. They noticed that high-quality sports bars were lacking in the area around Louisiana State University, so they decided to create their own.

The menu at Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux has a focus on seafood and traditional Cajun cuisine. Some items include Bayou Pasta, Sweet Chili Salmon, and Cajundillas—a chipotle tortilla with sausage, beans, and rice. They also serve sweet items, such as a Kristen Kreme Bread Pudding and beignets, a Louisiana classic.
